MICRO-NEEDLING

Micro-needling (also known as Collagen Induction Therapy or CIT) allows for a controlled induction of the skin’s self-repair mechanism by creating micro “injuries” in the skin, which triggers new collagen synthesis, yet does not pose a significant risk for permanent scarring. Micro-needling is utilized to treat the appearance of fine lines, acne scars, minor trauma scars, hypo/hyperpigmentation, and improving the skin’s overall appearance. Additionally, since micro-needling creates superficial micro-channels, the procedure may be combined with the use of PRP, topical gels, creams, and/or serums to further aid in the overall appearance of theskin. Downtime is minimal and the procedure is normally completed within 30-60 minutes depending on the required treatment and anatomical site. Micro-needling can be performed virtually on any area of the body, but is commonly used on the face, neck and chest.

PRP

Platelet Rich Plasma, or also known as “PRP” is an injection treatment whereby a person’s own blood is used. The treatment involves a fraction of blood, collected or ‘drawn up’ from the individual patient into a syringe. The collected blood is then spun down in a special centrifuge to separate its components. PRP is then injected back into your skin to stimulate new collagen production and to re-energize your cells into rejuvenating themselves, as the release of growth factors from the platelets amplifies the healing process. The full procedure takes approximately 45 minutes ‐ 1 hour, and downtime is minimal. PRP is commonly combined with Micro-needling for ultimate skin rejuvenation.

CHEMICAL PEEL

Chemical peels are a minimally invasive cosmetic treatment, designed to improve hyperpigmentation, skin laxity, uneven skin texture and tone, acne, scaring, and fine lines. Chemical peels can be performed virtually on any area of the body, but are most commonly used on the face, neck and chest. SkinTight Aesthetics offers a variety of mild-moderate chemical peels such as the VI peel, Jessners peel, Cosemelan and more. Chemical peels require
downtime, so call today to schedule a complimentary consultation and for more information.

INFINI

The Infini is a high intensity focused, radio-frequency, fractional micro-needling system, that delivers radio-frequency through insulated micro-needles. The Infini treatment allows for controlled induction of the skin’s self-repair mechanism by creating micro “injuries” in the skin, which triggers new collagen synthesis, while Radio-frequency tightens the skin. The Infini improves the appearance of acne scars, wrinkles, overall texture of the skin. The infini is an invasive treatment that typically takes 2 hours. 3-4 days of downtime is required for this treatment, and results are seen within 7-14 days; However individual results may vary. The Infini can treat the face and neck, legs, arms and more.

SUBLATIVE RF

The Sublative™ RF applicator is designed to deliver radiofrequency energy to the skin in a fractional manner, via an array of multi-electrode pins. The array delivers bipolar RF energy to the skin. Microscopic zones of epidermis and dermis are thermally ablated in a grid over the skin surface, where non-ablated zones serve as a reservoir of cells that promote rapid healing. The Sublative RF applicator is proven to reduce moderate to severe acne scars on all skin types, tighten skin, improve texture and tone, correct hyperpigmentation and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. 3-4 days of downtime is required for this treatment, and results are seen within 7-14 days; However individual results may vary. The Infini can treat the face and neck, check and more.

CO2 FRACTIONAL LASER

The co2 Fractional resurfacing laser is a FDA approved carbon dioxide laser which precisely removes deep outer layers of damaged skin and stimulates the regeneration of healthy skin underneath. The laser light is applied using Micro Ablative Columns, where the depth of the penetration can be controlled to remove variable amounts of tissue for a number of treatment indications including, fine to moderately deep wrinkles, photo-damage, scarring, skin tone, texture and laxity. During a co2 laser skin resurfacing treatment, topical and/or local anesthetic is used to relieve potential discomfort. The Co2 laser is an invasive treatment that requires 7-10 days of downtime; However, healing time varies. Most patients will obtain significant improvement after a single treatment while other may need additional treatments to achieve optimal results.
